Record Store Day 2026 will take place on Saturday, April 18, 2026, and we are already working behind the scenes to prepare for one of our favorite days of the year.
Record Store Day celebrates independent record stores worldwide with exclusive, limited-run vinyl releases, special pressings, collectibles, and unforgettable in-store experiences. It’s a day built around community, music discovery, and supporting local small businesses.

Now that the official list has dropped, customers can begin building their Curious Collections Record Store Day Wishlist. This is one of the most important tools we use each year when deciding how many copies of each title to order.

Adding items to your wishlist does NOT guarantee that you will receive those titles on Record Store Day. Many releases are extremely limited and stores are often allocated quantities based on overall availability.
Your wishlist simply helps us better understand demand so we can order strategically and hopefully get as many of your most wanted titles as possible.
We strongly encourage everyone to submit their wishlist early!

Curious Collections is proud to be the only participating independent record store in the Bryan-College Station area, conveniently located just 2 miles from Texas A&M University. We’re the go-to spot for exclusive RSD releases, live music, local vendors, and an all-day celebration of vinyl culture!
Record Store Day operates under special event guidelines designed to keep things fair for all customers. While we are actively planning our celebration, specific shopping details, line procedures, and door opening times are still being finalized.
