Audio Technica AT-VM95C Dual Moving Magnet Cartridge with Conical Stylus (Black/Blue)

This VM95 Series cartridge with 0.6 mil conical stylus fits half-inch mount turntables. The cartridge’s special coil design delivers a powerful output level of 4.0 mV. It also offers excellent channel separation and low distortion for outstanding tonal quality. The durable, low-resonance housing includes threaded inserts that enable the cartridge to be mounted to the headshell with just two screws – no nuts required.

Is elliptical or conical stylus better?
Technically, there is no “better” when deciding between a conical stylus or an elliptical stylus. A conical stylus might suit those who favor feasibility and lower prices. Meanwhile, an elliptical stylus is better used by music-lovers who want an improved phase response and lower distortion.

Shipping: Orders ship from the U.S. with same-day shipping on most orders. Please be aware that pre-orders will not ship until the album release date. Standard shipping is around 5-10 days. If you need your order to arrive more quickly, please select expedited shipping at checkout. 

Due to the limited availability of many music titles, all new CD & album purchases are restricted to one copy per customer, per item. Multiple orders for the same title will be canceled beyond the first purchase and you will be charged a minimum of 10% restocking fee. Multiple purchases on RSD will be canceled entirely and will be charged a 25% restocking fee. No exceptions.
