Born Xavier Landum in Dallas, BigX has built one of the most organic, unstoppable movements in modern Southern hip-hop. From standout athlete to overcoming incarceration, where he famously began writing his first verses to pass the time, he stepped out into the world focused on turning raw honesty into powerhouse anthems. Hits like "Texas," the triple-platinum smash "Mmhmm," and his chart-topping cross-genre collaborations showed the music industry that Texas rap culture continues to run deep.
Now, BigX is dropping his highly anticipated new studio album, Better Over Time, on Friday, October 30th. True to form, we aren't waiting around for street date to crank it up. We are opening the shop doors three full days early for an official listening party right here in Aggieland.
