Art Blakey & The Jazz Messengers - Moanin’ - One of the greatest Jazz albums of all time, 1958's Moanin'-feat. the great drummer w/ trumpeter Lee Morgan, tenor saxophonist Benny Golson, pianist Bobby Timmons, & bassist Jymie Merritt-was the perfect crystallization of the band's bluesy, soulful sound, & it still stands today as perhaps the most quintessential hard bop recording of all-time. The album also introduced several indelible Golson compositions that would become standards of the jazz songbook including "Along Came Betty" & "Blues March." Blue Note Classic Vinyl Edition on 180g vinyl.

Cheap Trick - In Another World - Cheap Trick finally releases their 20th album on April 9. This was supposed to come out at the end of 2018, but never surfaced. Finally completed after being delayed further by the COVID pandemic, this one should be a barn burner.

*Order In Another World*

Nada Surf - High/Low - Colored Music On Vinyl reissue of the debut album from Nada Surf, which includes their hit, “Popular.” This one is a great forgotten record of the 90’s and is worth picking up.

*Order High/Low*

Peter Murphy - Should The World Fail To Fall Apart & Love Hysteria - Limited Beggars Banquet Arkive colored vinyl releases for the first two solo Peter Murphy albums. Both albums are Goth/Pop classics and are a must have for any Bauhaus fans. Love Hysteria is a particular favorite of mine.

Silver Synthetic - Silver Synthetic - The self titled debut album from New Orleans’ Indie rock all-stars. Featuring former members of Jeff The Brotherhood and The Bottomfeeders, this Third Man Records release should be a pretty big release and one that fans of their preceding bands should like.
