Pink Floyd * Meddle - Japanese Limited Edition [Limited Edition] (Jpn) LP

This non Japan-made 55th anniversary edition of Pink Floyd's sixth studio album, Meddle (originally released in 1971), is presented on limited San Tropez Orange Marble Vinyl, pressed on 180g heavyweight vinyl. Released shortly after the band's first performances in Japan at Hakone Aphrodite in August 1971, the album remains especially beloved in Japan and features the landmark suite Echoes occupying the entire B-side, alongside One Of These Days, A Pillow Of Winds, Fearless, San Tropez, and Seamus on Side A. Further developing the lyrical and experimental sound introduced on Atom Heart Mother, Meddle helped shape the musical direction that led to The Dark Side of the Moon. The iconic Hipgnosis artwork, depicting a submerged human ear and rippling water, symbolizes the expansion of sound. This edition includes a Japan-exclusive obi, liner notes, lyrics, and Japanese translations.
