Pre-Order: Liminal * Hyper Normal [LP]

Black 180g 2LP, gatefold-ready retail edition. Hyper Normal is the new album from Liminal, the experimental psychedelic band from the Northern Rivers / Bundjalung Country, NSW. Equal parts audacious and confounding: doom metal riffs, dive-bomb rave synths, knotty post-bop grooves and magmatic rock, mastered by Beau Thomas (Aphex Twin, Burial). The title comes from 'Hypernormalisation' (Alexei Yurchak / Adam Curtis). Liminal's DIY video for 'The Crop' drew close to a million views; the band played Sydney SXSW 2024 and 2025, opened for DJO and run their own festival, Anemoia. Australian release 16 October 2026 (vinyl 30 October 2026) via Impressed Recordings.
