Originally released in 2006, Get Used to It marked the return of vocalist N’Dea Davenport, whose distinctive voice had helped establish The Brand New Heavies as one of the leading acts of the international acid-jazz movement. The album reunited Davenport with founding members Andrew Levy, Simon Bartholomew and Jan Kincaid, combining the band’s trademark grooves, sophisticated arrangements, and strong melodic songwriting. It includes the single track by Stevie Wonder “I Don’t Know Why (I Love You)” as well as the hit “Let’s Do It Again”. The new edition has been mastered specifically for vinyl and will be presented as a high-quality 180g 2LP gatefold edition, cut at 45 RPM. This album will also be reissued as CD Digisleeve.
