Warsaw University Of Life Sciences Choir * Etnovo CD

Et NOVO presents four compelling works by contemporary Polish composers Zuzanna Falkowska, Jarema Jarosinski, Zuzanna Koziej and Anna Maria Huszcza, exploring the rich heritage of Polish folk traditions through a fresh musical perspective.Blending expressive choral writing with instrumental textures, traditional white-voice singing and electronic soundscapes, the album takes listeners on an evocative journey through stories of love, loss, displacement and ancient rituals.Performed by the Warsaw University of Life Sciences Choir and guest ensembles under the direction of Pawel Choina, et NOVO offers a fascinating encounter between centuries-old traditions and the innovative language of contemporary classical music.
