The Grateful Dead is a live band, perhaps the greatest of all time, which makes it hard to really understand their studio work. Yes, the songs are there, but in such a vastly different form that it's hard to really know what version of the Dead it is that you are interested in.

Rush produced 19 studio albums and 11 live albums during their 44 years of existence, so it can be hard to find where to start. They were also a band that stylistically changed multiple times over those years and many people are torn between what era of Rush they like the best; 70’s prog rock Rush, 80’s keyboard Rush or even late 80’s/early 90’s guitar rebirth Rush. Regardless of where you fall in your Rush fandom, there’s plenty to like across their catalog.

November normally sees the last few releases leak out before things shut down for the holidays.  This year is just a bit different due to how Covid has affected the release calendar already. So, instead of a downturn in releases, it seems like it’s even busier than normal.
